Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Fluted Cast Limestone Pedestal: Display, Weight & Care

What can the Anderson Teak Fluted pedestal hold?

The Fluted pedestal is designed as a display base for statues, ornaments and other decorative pieces. It measures 29" high with a 24" by 24" footprint, the widest top of the pedestals in this cast limestone line, and weighs 95 lb, which gives heavier displays a stable base. Anderson Teak does not list a load rating, so center heavy objects on it.

Can the Fluted limestone pedestal be placed outdoors?

Yes, the Fluted pedestal is suitable for indoor or outdoor displays. It is cast limestone in natural beige with an antique finish, and a stone sealer is applied to help protect the pores from dirt. Place it on a level surface, and in freezing climates consider covering it or moving it under shelter for winter as a precaution.

Does the Fluted pedestal need assembly?

No, the Fluted pedestal is a one-piece design that needs no assembly. It ships by LTL freight with curbside delivery by appointment; at 95 lb, use two people or a hand truck. Inspect the fluting for chips before signing. It is backed by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty.
