Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Free shipping included

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, with delivery about 5–7 business days after processing. Smaller items ship to your door by ground service; large furniture ships by LTL freight to your curb or driveway on a scheduled appointment.

Door delivery Smaller items shipped to your door
Curbside freight Large furniture, scheduled appointment
Inside & assembly Available on request
What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.
Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.
Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Questions about delivery, access, or assembly? Contact Chic Home Deco before or after ordering to arrange inside delivery or assembly for larger pieces, or if the property has narrow roads, a restricted entrance, gated access, a steep approach, or another condition that could affect freight access.

The Florence pedestal is a display base for a statue or ornament, or it can support an optional glass tabletop to become a table. It stands 29" high with a 22" by 22" footprint. The glass top is described as optional, so it is not included with this pedestal. The Florence dining table listing pairs the same collection with a 3/8" glass top.

Yes, the Florence pedestal weighs 90 lb, and Anderson Teak says it is designed to provide stability, including in windy settings. It is cast limestone in natural beige with an antique finish, sealed with stone sealer to help protect the pores from dirt, and the color is blended within the material. It is rated for indoor or outdoor use.

Does the Florence pedestal need assembly?

No, the Florence pedestal is a single piece that needs no assembly. It ships by LTL freight with curbside delivery by appointment; at 90 lb, plan for two people or a hand truck. Inspect edges and finish before signing, and photograph any chips. It is covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty.
