Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, with delivery about 5–7 business days after processing. Smaller items ship to your door by ground service; large furniture ships by LTL freight to your curb or driveway on a scheduled appointment.

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Which chairs does the Anderson Teak Coronado aluminum ottoman pair with?

The Coronado aluminum ottoman is designed to pair with the Coronado deep seating aluminum armchair or aluminum swivel armchair. At 31" wide it matches the 31" armchair width, and its 16" height lines up with the 16" cushioned seat height, so your legs rest level. It is 23" deep, a comfortable reach from the chair, and includes a 6"-thick cushion.

Can the Coronado aluminum ottoman be used as extra seating?

Yes, the Coronado aluminum ottoman is listed as a one-seater, so it can double as an extra perch when guests arrive. Its 31" by 23" top with a 6" cushion gives a comfortable spot, and at 25 lb it is easy to carry wherever you need it. The frame is dark grey semi-gloss powder-coated aluminum, and the cushion is outdoor weather resistant.

Does the Coronado aluminum ottoman come assembled?

Yes, the Coronado aluminum ottoman arrives fully assembled and ships as a small parcel to your door rather than by freight. The cushion can be ordered in QuickShip colors or custom Sunbrella colors; custom cushions are made to order and take about 3 weeks. Wipe the frame with mild soap and water, and store the cushion during long wet periods.
