Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Classic Teak Dining Chair CHD-037: Fit, Capacity & Care

How much room does the Anderson Teak Classic Dining Chair take at a table?

The Classic Dining Chair (CHD-037) is a slim, armless chair measuring 17" wide by 20.5" deep and 36" high, so you can fit more place settings along a table. It weighs 28 lb and has an estimated weight capacity of 300 lb. Pair it with the 23"-wide Classic Dining Armchair (CHD-005) at the table ends.

Can the Classic Dining Chair be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes, the Classic Dining Chair suits dining areas, patios and terraces. Indoors, the honey golden brown teak keeps its color longer; outdoors, it weathers to silver-gray over months unless oiled, without losing strength. Clean it with mild soap and a soft brush and avoid high-pressure washing.

Does the Classic Dining Chair come with a cushion or assembled?

No to both: the Classic Dining Chair requires assembly and is supplied without a cushion, so you can choose a separate cushion to suit your space. One chair is included per order, and it ships by small parcel to your door. It carries Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty against manufacturing defects.
