Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Catania Teak Deep Seating Sofa: Size, Comfort & Delivery

How many people fit on the Anderson Teak Catania Deep Seating Sofa?

The Catania Deep Seating Sofa (DS-333) seats three people in an 82"-wide frame that is 35" deep and 30" high. The seat height with the cushion is 16.5", giving a relaxed, deep seating feel. Add Catania armchairs or swivel chairs and the Catania coffee table to build a five-seat group; Anderson Teak also sells those combinations as SET-333 and SET-338.

Are cushions included with the Catania teak sofa?

Yes, the Catania Deep Seating Sofa comes with 6"-thick Sunbrella cushions. The frame is solid A-grade teak with 4mm synthetic rattan webbing in a honey golden brown natural finish. Sunbrella cushions handle outdoor use well, but storing them in a dry place during long wet spells or winter helps them last longer. The sofa matches the Catania armchairs, swivel chairs and coffee table.

Does the Catania sofa need assembly, and how is it delivered?

No, the Catania Deep Seating Sofa arrives fully assembled. It weighs 145 lb and ships by LTL freight to the curb or driveway by appointment, so plan on two or three people to carry it to your patio. Measure gates and doorways against its 82" width and 35" depth before delivery day. Inspect the carton before signing, photograph any damage and keep the packaging.
