Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Capistrano Square Teak Side Table DS-806: Size & Care

How big is the Capistrano teak side table?

The Capistrano side table measures 25" square and 18" high, the same height as the Capistrano coffee table, so the two line up neatly. It weighs 30 lb and holds drinks, a lamp or snacks next to a deep seating armchair or at the end of a sofa.

Does the Capistrano side table match the rest of the collection?

Yes, the Capistrano side table is the same DS-806 table included in the Capistrano 5-piece loveseat and sofa sets, made from kiln-dried teak with a smooth, well-sanded natural finish. Buying it separately lets you add a table to each end of the sofa, or place one between two armchairs, with the same honey golden brown finish.

How do I care for the Capistrano teak side table?

Clean the Capistrano side table with mild soap and a soft brush. Outdoors, it weathers to silver-gray unless oiled or sealed; that change is cosmetic. Assembly is required, and it ships small parcel to your door. It carries Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty; small end-grain checks are normal teak characteristics, not defects.
