Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Capistrano Deep Seating Sofa DS-803: Seating, Size & Delivery

How many people fit on the Capistrano deep seating sofa?

The Capistrano sofa seats three and has an estimated weight capacity of 700 lb. It measures 85" wide by 37" deep and 35" high, and weighs 140 lb. A Sunbrella cushion with a 6" foam and Dacron-wrap core is included, and the kiln-dried teak frame has a smooth, well-sanded natural finish.

Will the 85" Capistrano sofa fit my patio?

Measure for at least 85" of wall or open space and 37" of depth, plus legroom in front. The Capistrano sofa is longer than many outdoor sofas, so it pairs well with the 50" Capistrano coffee table. In a tight space, the 60" Capistrano loveseat is an alternative.

How is the Capistrano sofa delivered and assembled?

The Capistrano sofa ships by LTL freight to your curb or driveway, and the carrier schedules an appointment. At 140 lb, plan for two people to move it, and assembly is required. Inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after ordering. The kiln-dried teak frame carries Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty.
