Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Capistrano 5-Piece Deep Seating Sofa Collection FAQ

Is assembly required?

Yes. Review the included instructions before assembly or use.

Are cushions included?

Yes. The product title and order confirmation govern what is included.

How should I compare this model?

Compared with a smaller seating set, the Capistrano collection requires substantial floor space at 171 inches wide by 78 inches deep; compare those overall dimensions and the included table configuration with your available area. Cushion colors may be available through QuickShip or custom-order options, subject to selection with a sales representative.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Capistrano 5-Piece Deep Seating Sofa Set: Seating, Size & Care

How many people does the Capistrano 5-piece sofa collection seat?

The Capistrano 5-piece sofa set seats five: three on the DS-803 sofa and one in each of the two DS-801 armchairs. It also includes the DS-805 rectangular coffee table and DS-806 side table. Sunbrella cushions with 6" foam and Dacron-wrap inserts are included, so the set is ready to use once assembled.

How much patio space does the Capistrano 5-piece sofa set need?

Anderson Teak lists the Capistrano 5-piece sofa set at 171" wide by 78" deep and 35" high overall, and the set weighs 360 lb. The sofa alone is 85" long and 37" deep, and each armchair 37" wide. Plan a large patio or rearrange into an L.

How do I care for the Capistrano teak and Sunbrella cushions?

The Capistrano teak frames weather to silver-gray outdoors unless you oil or seal them. Clean with mild soap and a soft brush. The Sunbrella cushions resist mildew and discoloration outdoors, but storing them dry during long wet spells keeps them fresh. The set has a 2-year warranty.
