Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, with delivery about 5–7 business days after processing. Smaller items ship to your door by ground service; large furniture ships by LTL freight to your curb or driveway on a scheduled appointment.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Butterfly Comfort 5-Piece Teak Folding Dining Set: Before You Buy

Does the Butterfly Comfort 5-piece teak dining set need assembly?

No, the Butterfly Comfort 5-piece set requires no assembly. It includes one TBF-047BR Butterfly 47" round folding table and four CHF-301 Comfort folding chairs, all in teak with a smooth, well-sanded natural finish. Unfold the table and chairs and they are ready to use, which makes it a practical set for occasional outdoor dining.

How compact is the Butterfly Comfort set when folded?

Both the Butterfly table and the four Comfort chairs fold. The table folds to half size to sit against a wall, or completely for storage, and the chairs fold flat. Set up, the full arrangement is listed at 108" by 108" and 37" high. The complete set weighs 160 lb.

Is the Butterfly Comfort set suitable for year-round outdoor use?

Yes, the teak in the Butterfly Comfort set resists rot and insects and can stay outdoors, weathering to silver-gray unless you oil it. Because everything folds, you can also store the set in a garage over winter. Cushions are not included. The set ships by LTL freight and has a 2-year warranty.
