Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Butterfly 47" Octagonal Folding Teak Table: Folding & Umbrella

How does the Butterfly 47" octagonal teak table fold?

The Butterfly octagonal table's top opens to a full 47" octagon, folds in half for placement against a wall, or folds completely for storage. It stands 29" high and weighs 86 lb. No assembly is required, so you can use it out of the box, and it ships small parcel to your door.

Can I use an umbrella with the Butterfly octagonal folding table?

Yes, the Butterfly octagonal table has a centered umbrella hole with a brass plug that closes it when you are not using an umbrella. Pair it with a weighted freestanding umbrella base under the table, sized for your umbrella. Its folding design also suits boating spaces and small patios where the table is not always needed.

Will the Butterfly folding teak table weather outdoors?

Yes, left untreated, the Butterfly table's honey golden brown teak will weather to silver-gray over months without losing strength. Apply teak oil or sealer to preserve the warmer tone. Clean with mild soap and a soft brush. It carries Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty.
