Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Are cushions included?

No. The product title and order confirmation govern what is included.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Brianna Teak Dining Armchair: Size, Comfort & Capacity

Is the Brianna teak dining armchair comfortable without a cushion?

Yes, the Brianna dining armchair is shaped for comfort without a cushion: it has a sculpted seat, arched arms and a high curved back. It stands 37.5" high, 24" wide and 25" deep. A cushion is not included, so add one separately if you prefer a softer seat for long meals.

How much weight can the Brianna dining armchair hold?

The Brianna dining armchair has an estimated weight capacity of 300 lb. The chair itself weighs 40 lb, sturdy but still easy to pull back from the table. At 24" wide, it needs a little more table edge than an armless chair, so count seats along your table before ordering a full set.

Does the Brianna dining armchair need assembly?

Yes, the Brianna dining armchair requires assembly, and it ships small parcel directly to your door rather than by freight. Outdoors, the honey golden brown teak weathers to silver-gray unless oiled or sealed; that change is cosmetic. It is covered by Anderson Teak's 2-year limited residential warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
