Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Inside & assembly Available on request

What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.

Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.

Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Bodrum 50" Sideboard: Storage Capacity, Size & Setup

How much storage does the Bodrum 50" sideboard have?

The Bodrum sideboard has three enclosed cabinets behind synthetic rattan doors, with a shelf that adjusts to three heights. It measures 50" wide by 15" deep by 31" high, and the top supports up to 200 lb for displayed or stored items. That is room for dinnerware, table linens or media gear.

Will the Bodrum sideboard fit in a dining room or entry?

Yes, at 15" deep the Bodrum sideboard keeps a slim profile and suits dining rooms, living rooms or bedrooms where a standard 18" to 20" deep buffet would crowd the walkway. Its 50" width works under a TV or a large mirror. Adjustable non-marking foot caps keep it level on uneven floors.

What is the Bodrum sideboard made of, and does it require assembly?

The Bodrum sideboard is manufactured wood with a Beaufort Oak paper foil finish, gold hardware and synthetic rattan doors; it is indoor furniture, not solid teak. Assembly is required, and it weighs 86 lb, so a second person helps. It ships small parcel to your door.
