Teak Care & Natural Weathering

Teak naturally develops a silver-gray patina when exposed to the elements. This color change is part of the wood’s normal aging process and does not by itself indicate a structural defect. Clean with mild soap and water and follow the manufacturer’s care guidance for the appearance you prefer.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, with delivery about 5–7 business days after processing. Smaller items ship to your door by ground service; large furniture ships by LTL freight to your curb or driveway on a scheduled appointment.

Door delivery Smaller items shipped to your door
Curbside freight Large furniture, scheduled appointment
Inside & assembly Available on request
What curbside delivery means: For freight items, the carrier brings the shipment to the curb, driveway, or nearest safe, accessible point — freight drivers do not enter the home. Moving pieces indoors, unpacking, and assembly aren’t part of standard delivery, but inside delivery and assembly can be arranged after you order.
Freight-truck access is required: The LTL carrier must be able to safely reach the delivery location to complete curbside delivery. Narrow roads, restricted entrances, gates, steep approaches, remote routes, or similar conditions can prevent normal freight delivery.
Inspect your delivery: Inspect the cartons, pallet, and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt. Record visible damage on the delivery paperwork, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and notify Chic Home Deco immediately.

Free shipping covers standard ground or LTL curbside delivery within the 48 contiguous United States and is a limited-time offer. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, and assembly are available as optional services — just ask us after ordering. Additional arrangements may be required when the carrier cannot safely access the delivery location.

Questions about delivery, access, or assembly? Contact Chic Home Deco before or after ordering to arrange inside delivery or assembly for larger pieces, or if the property has narrow roads, a restricted entrance, gated access, a steep approach, or another condition that could affect freight access.

Aztec Round Large Limestone Planter: Weight, Drainage & Delivery

How big and heavy is the Anderson Teak Aztec Round Large Planter?

The Aztec Round Large Planter measures 24" high x 24" wide x 24" deep and weighs 80 lb empty. That size suits small trees, large shrubs or generous mixed plantings, and the weight gives it stability in windy areas. Once filled with soil it becomes very heavy, so position it before planting.

Can I get a drainage hole in the Aztec Round Large Planter?

Yes, a drainage hole can be drilled at no charge on the Aztec Round Large Planter when you specify it at ordering. For outdoor plantings, a drainage hole helps prevent waterlogged roots after heavy rain. If you plan to use a liner or keep it indoors, you can leave it undrilled. Decide before ordering, since drilling happens beforehand.

Will the Aztec cast limestone planter hold its color outdoors?

Yes, the Aztec planter's natural beige color is blended within the cast limestone, so it is designed not to change color through the years. It has an antique finish and is sealed with stone sealer to help protect its pores from dirt. It ships by LTL freight curbside by appointment and carries a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty.
