Can't reach your backyard? Full refund.If the transportation review finds delivery to your property isn't feasible, or Sweaty Yeti declines the order, your deposit is refunded in full. Nothing beyond the deposit is charged until you approve your final price.

Yes. Chic Home Deco LLC has a signed dealer agreement with KEB Homes, LLC (dba Irontown Modular), which builds Sweaty Yeti structures in Spanish Fork, Utah.
How do I get a quote for a Sweaty Yeti?
Choose your model and pay a 10% deposit of the listed base price. Sweaty Yeti then reviews transportation and site access for your address, usually within 4–5 days, and you receive a written final price including upgrades, delivery, set and any crane service.
Is the 10% deposit refundable?
Yes, in full, if the transportation review finds delivery to your property isn't feasible or if Sweaty Yeti declines the order. The deposit is credited toward your purchase price.
