Will it arrive in time for the birthday?
The Faro is in stock in New Jersey and ships within 1–2 business days, with tracking emailed at dispatch. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after that. Cutting it close? Email mike@chichomedeco.com before you order and we’ll tell you honestly what to expect for your ZIP code.
Do they need to install anything?
No. It’s freestanding: attach the four casters and the glass wind shields (about 10 minutes), connect a 20 lb propane tank with the included regulator and hose, and light it with the built-in piezo igniter. No gas line, no flue, no contractor.
Which propane tank do I need to buy?
A standard 20 lb (5-gallon) tank — the same one used for a gas grill — available at any hardware store or gas station. It stores out of sight inside the base. The tank isn’t included, so grab one with the gift.
Is it warm enough to sit around?
It puts out up to 27,300 BTU and you feel the warmth roughly 2–4 ft from the unit. It’s designed ambience-first: perfect beside a lounge corner, at the end of a dining table or at the entrance, where people sit close by. It isn’t meant to heat a wide open lawn.
Can they use it on a covered patio or porch?
Yes, if it’s partially covered with good airflow — for example a pergola or a porch open on several sides. Never indoors, in a garage or in any fully enclosed space.
What if it’s not right? Returns and warranty
Unused items in the original packaging can be returned within the window in our refund policy, which lists the exact terms. Every Faro also carries a 2-year limited warranty from delivery, handled directly by our US team — nobody has to contact the factory in Poland.
