Are there hidden costs?
Your quote is all-in: the fire pit, the options you choose and freight to your ZIP code. Freight is free on orders of $2,000 or more to the lower 48 states and DC.
It’s made to order. What if something is wrong?
We confirm the size, finish, gas type and ignition with you in writing before The Outdoor Plus starts building. That step is what makes a made-to-order piece arrive right.
How does delivery work for something this heavy?
It ships on a pallet by freight. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment, and you inspect it on arrival. Plan for two people to move it into place.
Who installs it?
Propane models connect to a standard tank. Natural gas connections should be made by a licensed gas professional. We tell you exactly what your installer needs to know.
Is it genuine, with the full warranty?
Yes. We’re an authorized The Outdoor Plus dealer, so your unit carries the full factory warranty, including lifetime coverage on the stainless burner.

How fast will I get my quote?
Within one business day, and often the same day. It includes the recommended model and size, finish options, freight to your ZIP code and the delivery window.
How long does delivery take?
The Outdoor Plus builds each unit to order in California. It usually ships in 3–4 weeks, then travels by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery.
Do you deliver to my state?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Should I choose propane or natural gas?
Propane runs from a standard tank and needs no gas line. Natural gas needs a line run by a licensed professional, and then you never refill a tank. Tell us your situation and we’ll recommend the right setup.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. With Affirm you can split your order into 12 monthly payments at 0% interest, and we pay the interest. Subject to eligibility and approval; you see the monthly amount before you commit.
Do you work with contractors and designers?
Yes. Choose “A client project” or “A design specification” in the form and we’ll send spec sheets and quote freight to the job site.
