The questions people ask us first
Will I get pushy sales calls?
No. We reply by email. We only call or text if you tick that option in the form.
Are there hidden costs?
Your quote is all-in: the fire bowls, the options you choose and freight to your ZIP code. Freight is free on orders of $2,000 or more to the lower 48 states and DC.
It’s made to order. What if something is wrong?
We confirm the size, finish, gas type and ignition with you in writing before The Outdoor Plus starts building. That step is what makes a made-to-order piece arrive right.
How does delivery work for something this heavy?
It ships on a pallet by freight. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment, and you inspect it on arrival. Plan for two people to move it into place.
Who installs it?
Propane models connect to a standard tank. Natural gas connections should be made by a licensed gas professional. We tell you exactly what your installer needs to know.
Is it genuine, with the full warranty?
Yes. We’re an authorized The Outdoor Plus dealer, so your unit carries the full factory warranty, including lifetime coverage on the stainless burner.

Specifying for a client? We make it easy.
Pool builders, landscapers and designers use The Outdoor Plus because it looks custom without being custom-built on site. Tell us about the project and we’ll send what you need.
- Spec sheets and dimensions for your plans
- Freight quoted to the job-site ZIP code
- Gas type and ignition confirmed before production
- One contact from quote to delivery
Split your order with Affirm at 0% APR for 12 months. Payment plans normally cost interest; we cover it, so you pay the quoted price and nothing more. Ask for the monthly figure in your quote. Subject to eligibility and approval.
Frequently asked questions
What sizes does the Cazo come in?
Cazo fire bowls and fire & water bowls come in 24″, 30–32″ and 36″ (the exact size depends on the finish), plus a 48″ concrete fire bowl and a 48″ 360° fire & water bowl. Cazo fire pits with a ledge come in 48″ and 60″.
How much heat does the Cazo give?
Up to 45,000 BTU for the 24″ bowls and up to 65,000 BTU for the 30–36″ bowls. The 48″ concrete fire bowl has an 18″ burner rated up to 165,000 BTU, and the 60″ fire pit reaches up to 90,000 BTU.
Which finishes are available?
Cast concrete (GFRC) in 18 colors, wood grain concrete (Ebony, Ivory or Oak) on the 24″ and 32″ bowls, powder coat in 20 colors, and hammered copper. We confirm your exact color with you before production.
What does a fire & water bowl need?
A pool, pond or basin for the water to spill into, plus a water line and a pump. The pump and plumbing are not included; your pool or landscape professional sizes them. The flame and the water run independently.
Can I order a pair?
Yes. Cazo bowls are often ordered in pairs to frame a pool, an entrance or two pillars. Tell us how many in the form and we’ll quote them together, freight included.
Is the quote really free and without commitment?
Yes. A quote is information, not an order. Nothing is charged and you’re under no obligation to buy.
Will you call me?
Only if you ask us to. We reply by email by default. If you choose a call or a text in the form, we’ll use the number you give us for that and nothing else.
How fast will I get my quote?
Within one business day, and often the same day. It includes the size, finish options, freight to your ZIP code and the delivery window.
How long does delivery take?
The Outdoor Plus builds each unit to order in California. It usually ships in 3–4 weeks, then travels by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery.
Do you deliver to my state?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Should I choose propane or natural gas?
Propane runs from a standard tank and needs no gas line. Natural gas needs a line run by a licensed professional, and then you never refill a tank. Tell us your situation and we’ll recommend the right setup.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. With Affirm you can split your order into 12 monthly payments at 0% interest, and we pay the interest. Subject to eligibility and approval; you see the monthly amount before you commit.
Do you work with contractors and designers?
Yes. Choose “A client project” or “A design specification” in the form and we’ll send spec sheets and quote freight to the job site.
