The same 304 stainless steel grade used by the best-known premium grill brands. It resists rust and corrosion and is built for year-round outdoor exposure, which is why Videl backs it with a factory warranty rather than a one-season promise.

Cast stainless burners with a limited lifetime warranty

Videl's cast stainless steel Onyx Pro burners are covered for the lifetime of the original owner. The HeatWave Chamber and Flavor Bars spread heat evenly and vaporize drippings for real grill flavor, while CoolTouch knobs and the CoolGrip handle stay comfortable at searing temperatures.

How freight delivery works
  1. Made to order. Your grill or island is built for your order and usually ships in 3–4 weeks.
  2. Shipped on a pallet by freight truck (LTL freight — not UPS or FedEx) and wrapped for transport.
  3. Delivery appointment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, so someone can be home.
  4. Curbside delivery. The driver delivers to your curb or driveway. Plan for two people to move it to its final spot.
Arrived damaged? We make it right

Check the shipment before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos and your order number to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours — we handle the claim with the carrier for you.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

• All made-to-order products are manufactured based on the specifications selected at checkout.
• Because each item is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
• Made-to-order and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• By placing your order, you confirm that the selected size, finish, model, and configuration are correct.

LIMITED DEFECT COVERAGE

We stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

To qualify for review, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order number
• A short description of the defect

If the claim is approved, repair or replacement may be arranged at our discretion. This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

• Please provide clear photos, your order number, and keep all original packaging materials.

• If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment.
• If the damage is severe, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
• Visible or concealed freight damage must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to inspect the shipment or report damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for repair, replacement, or claim support.

• Products with custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

What comes with the Videl Luxe 64I Margarita Center BBQ island?

The Videl Luxe 64I Margarita Center includes a 304 stainless steel margarita center, 36" combo doors and drawers, and a 4.5 cu. ft. compact refrigerator, set in a powder-coated island base with a traditional table-top counter. Per Videl, the compact fridge is 304 stainless steel, ETL approved and outdoor rated, with two shelves, a drawer, temperature control and a can dispenser. It is made in the USA.

Does the Luxe 64I Margarita Center need gas or electricity?

It needs electricity, not gas. None of the included components, the margarita center, combo doors and drawers, or compact fridge, is a gas appliance, so no gas line is required. The 4.5 cu. ft. refrigerator does need power, so plan an outdoor-rated outlet near the island, installed by a licensed electrician to local code, before delivery day.

Will the Luxe 64I Margarita Center fit next to my grill island?

The Luxe 64I Margarita Center measures 64" long x 30" wide x 36" high, so it works as a standalone bar station or beside a grill island as a dedicated drinks zone. Measure the space including walkways and the fridge and drawer swing. It is made to order, ships in about 3 to 4 weeks by LTL freight to a scheduled curbside delivery, and is final sale once production begins.
