Many of our premium outdoor living products are made to order or configured specifically for your selection. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

• All made-to-order products are manufactured based on the specifications selected at checkout.
• Because each item is produced specifically for your order, changes or cancellations are not possible once production has started.
• Made-to-order and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• By placing your order, you confirm that the selected size, finish, model, and configuration are correct.

LIMITED DEFECT COVERAGE

We stand behind the quality of the products we offer. If your item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

To qualify for review, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order number
• A short description of the defect

If the claim is approved, repair or replacement may be arranged at our discretion. This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects.

INCORRECT ITEMS

• If you receive the wrong size, color, model, or configuration, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide clear photos, your order number, and keep all original packaging materials.
• Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY DAMAGE

Due to the size and weight of many premium outdoor products, freight delivery may be required.

• Please inspect the shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
• If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment.
• If the damage is severe, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
• Take clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
• Visible or concealed freight damage must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to inspect the shipment or report damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for repair, replacement, or claim support.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS

• Products with custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.
• Personalized products are produced to your specifications and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
• Approval of the selected specifications at checkout acts as final confirmation of the order details.

ISSUES NOT COVERED

The following situations do not qualify for return, refund, exchange, or replacement:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Color variation caused by lighting, photography, or screen display settings
• Improper installation or assembly
• Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Third-party alterations or repairs
• Normal wear and tear

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of verified defective products, where applicable. We are not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, project delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
