* Commercial use (hotels, spas, gyms, clubs): warranty coverage is confirmed in your written quotation.
* Nothing here limits rights you have under federal or state law.

NOT COVERED

* Installation or electrical work not carried out by a licensed professional, or not to the electrical specification confirmed for your order
* An unsuitable, unlevel or poorly drained base or floor, or inadequate ventilation
* Misuse, neglect or missing maintenance; for the Privé, incorrect water care or skipped UV, ozone and filter servicing
* Unauthorized repairs, alterations or third-party parts
* Freezing, flooding, extreme weather or other environmental damage
* Normal wear, and natural wood movement, checking, color change and weathering
* Transport damage that was not noted on the delivery receipt or reported within 48 hours of delivery

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Contact Chic Home Deco first (support@chichomedeco.com) with your order number, delivery date, model, photos or videos of the issue and the date you first noticed it.

* Do not attempt repairs or alterations before the issue has been reviewed, unless needed for safety.
* Isolate electrical power before any inspection or servicing.

DELIVERY: LOWER 48 STATES + DC
* Free curbside freight delivery to addresses in the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US.
* Curbside means the carrier delivers to the curb or end of the driveway at ground level. Moving the product into position, unpacking, assembly, installation and the electrical connection are not included.
* After you order, we review your address, delivery route and electrical requirements, then the carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window.
* The Privé ships crated at about 485 lb (82.7 × 33.5 × 35.4 in). Plan enough people or equipment to move it from the curb. Delivery timing is confirmed during the order review.
* Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

ORDER REVIEW BEFORE DISPATCH
* If we cannot confirm delivery to your address or the electrical requirements for your site during the order review, we cancel your order and refund your payment in full.
* Once the order review is confirmed and your order is released for dispatch, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

INSPECTION AT DELIVERY
* You or someone you authorize must be present at delivery.
* Inspect the packaging and product before signing. Write any visible damage or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt and take photos.
* Report damage, missing items or an incorrect product to support@chichomedeco.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos.

RETURNS
* SOLENNE products are large freight items. Once released for dispatch they are final sale: no change-of-mind returns, cancellations or exchanges.
* Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and the SOLENNE warranty.
* Refusing a delivery without our written authorization can result in return freight and handling charges.

The built-in 1.0 hp chiller covers 37–59°F (3–15°C), with the lowest set point at 37°F and target adjustment in 0.1°C steps on the touch panel.

The Privé has integrated UV and ozone water treatment. Monitor water condition and service the UV, ozone and filtration components on the supplied maintenance schedule.

Yes, it is specified for indoor and outdoor environments. Place it on a stable, level, water-tolerant surface with the chiller intake and discharge unobstructed; final placement is reviewed for your project.
