Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Williams 84" with scupper provides the fireplace and its built-in water outlet, but no pump, basin or water plumbing is listed as included. You will need a recirculating pump, a water source and a catch basin or pool to receive the flow, typically planned by a pool or landscape contractor along with the gas line. Settle the water layout before the RTF shell is clad.

Both are 84" wide by 72" tall by 20" deep ready-to-finish fireplaces with a 42" x 10" burning area and a 304 stainless pan and burner. The scupper version adds a water outlet for a fire-and-water look and offers three ignition choices: Match Lit, Match Lit with Flame Sense and Low Voltage Electronic. The standard version adds Spark Ignition with Flame Sense and Plug & Play Electronic.

The Williams owner manual calls for 36" from structures or combustibles on the sides and 84" overhead for units up to 65K BTU, and 48" and 96" for 66K to 200K BTU. It also requires cross ventilation of at least 1 square inch per 25,000 BTU on each side and an exterior gas shutoff. The fireplace must sit on non-combustible flooring and is for outdoor use only.
