Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

Once it has cooled, rinse the stainless shell with water, wipe it dry, and use a stainless steel cleaner occasionally, keeping spray off the burner and igniter. Near the coast or a pool, rinse more often, since salt and chlorine cause surface spots that The Outdoor Plus warranty excludes. Cover the Williams 84" when not in use, inspect the burner for insect nests, and schedule an annual service check.

It arrives by freight on a pallet placed at the curb or in the driveway, per The Outdoor Plus, so have a team of movers ready to carry the 84" by 72" unit to its final location. Inspect the pallet before signing and report any damage or missing pieces within 24 to 48 hours with photos. It is made to order, ships in approximately 3 weeks with tracking, and is final sale.

Choose the stainless Williams 84" if you want a finished, contemporary look out of the crate with no masonry work, plus a stainless body with a 1-year warranty. Choose the RTF version if you want the fireplace clad in stone, stucco or tile to match your house; the RTF shell itself is not warrantied, and cladding adds cost and time. Both share the 84" size, 42" x 10" burning area and ignition options.
