Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

No, the Rosen 36" Corten Fire Sculpture is made of weathering steel, which forms a dense rust-colored patina that slows further corrosion, so the surface rust is the protective finish rather than a sign of failure. The patina develops over months and deepens in color. Early on, rain runoff can stain light pavers or concrete, so choose the placement with that in mind. The Outdoor Plus does not warranty natural corten weathering, and handmade pieces vary slightly in color and texture.

The Rosen 36" gas version is rated at 65K BTU on The Outdoor Plus spec sheet, a comfortable output for a conversation area while keeping the flame in proportion to the sculpture. The larger Rosen 48" is rated at 160K BTU if you need more heat. The 36" runs on liquid propane or natural gas through a 1/2" NPT female inlet, and match-lit units up to 65K BTU are LC certified. Ignition options are Match Lit, Spark Glow, Fire Glow and Plug & Play.

Match Lit is the simplest Rosen 36" option: you open the key valve and light it by hand, with no electrical work needed. Plug & Play electronic ignition adds an electronic valve and pilot igniter for push-button convenience, and is CSA certified per The Outdoor Plus; it needs a power source near the sculpture. Spark Glow and Fire Glow are mid-priced packages between the two. Match Lit also keeps upfront cost lowest, while electronic ignition is easier for frequent use.
