Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Is the Comet 64 inch corten sculpture too big for a home patio?

The Comet 64" is the largest Comet and is designed as a statement piece for large patios, landscapes, pool decks and commercial spaces; on a small patio it may overwhelm the space. It is rated at 160,000 BTU, the same as the 48", so choose it for visual scale. Mark out the footprint on site before ordering.

What is included with the Comet 64 inch fire sculpture?

Per The Outdoor Plus spec sheet, the match lit Comet includes the fire pan, burner, gas orifice, gas hose and key valve with key; electronic versions add an electronic valve and pilot igniter. The gas inlet is 1/2" NPT female, for natural gas or propane, and a wood-burning version is offered. Installation and gas piping are separate.

How is the large Comet 64 inch sculpture delivered?

The Comet 64" is made to order by The Outdoor Plus and ships in approximately 3 weeks, with tracking. Given its size, arrange help to move it into position, and inspect it before the driver leaves. Report any freight damage within 24 to 48 hours with photos. Made-to-order items are final sale.
