Warranty & Order Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.
By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Limited Defect Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.
This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Freight & Delivery Damage
Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.
Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.
Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.
Personalized & Custom Configurations
Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.
Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.
Non-Qualifying Issues
The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear
Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
