Warranty & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom manufactured and made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Limited Defect Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or production error, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To qualify, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- A description of the defect

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.

This coverage applies only to verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover natural product variation, custom selections, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong size, color, or model, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, provide photos and your order number, and retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Freight & Delivery Damage

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight delivery may be required.

Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment immediately.
- If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
- Photograph all damage.
- Notify us within 24 to 48 hours.

Concealed damage must also be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to follow these steps may void eligibility for replacement.

Personalized & Custom Configurations

Products that include custom sizing, finishes, features, or design modifications are considered personalized.

Because these items are produced to your exact specifications, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.

Approval of specifications at checkout constitutes final confirmation.

Non-Qualifying Issues

The following do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color variation due to lighting or screen display
- Installation errors
- Third-party modifications
- Normal wear and tear

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of verified defective products. We are not liable for installation costs, labor charges, delays, incidental damages, or consequential damages.

The Atomic 36" fire sculpture's gas burner is rated at 160,000 BTU per The Outdoor Plus spec sheet, a high output that throws real warmth to people seated around it, not just a decorative glow. That output needs an adequately sized gas supply through the unit's 1/2" NPT female inlet, so have a licensed gas professional size your natural gas line or propane setup. It is also available as a wood-burning version for those without gas.

Yes, corten weathering steel is made for year-round outdoor exposure; moisture builds a protective rust patina that shields the steel beneath, and the Atomic's color will deepen over its first seasons. Expect some rust-tinted runoff onto light surfaces while that patina forms. To protect the burner and ignition parts, The Outdoor Plus recommends covering the unit when not in use and inspecting and cleaning the burner periodically, since insects and debris can block gas ports.

Every gas Atomic includes the fire pan, burner, gas orifice, gas hose, and key valve with key; electronic versions add an electronic valve and pilot igniter and are CSA certified. You can choose Match Lit, Spark Glow, Fire Glow or Plug & Play ignition for liquid propane or natural gas. It is made to order and ships in about 3 weeks.
