How does delivery work for something this heavy?
It ships on a pallet by freight. The carrier calls you to book a delivery appointment, and you inspect it on arrival. Plan for two people to move it into place.
Who installs it?
Propane models connect to a standard tank. Natural gas connections should be made by a licensed gas professional. We tell you exactly what your installer needs to know.
Is it genuine, with the full warranty?
Yes. We’re an authorized The Outdoor Plus dealer, so your unit carries the full factory warranty, including lifetime coverage on the stainless burner.

What sizes does the Coronado come in?
48″, 60″, 72″ and 84″ long, all 28″ wide and 15″ tall. The wood grain version starts at 60″.
How much heat does the Coronado give?
It depends on the size: 40,000 BTU for the 48″, 50,000 BTU for the 60″ in metal or powder coat (65,000 BTU in wood grain), 70,000 BTU for the 72″ and 90,000 BTU for the 84″.
Which finishes are available?
Wood grain concrete in Ebony, Ivory or Oak, metal in corten or stainless steel, or a powder coat color. We confirm your finish with you in writing before production.
Is the quote really free and without commitment?
Yes. A quote is information, not an order. Nothing is charged and you’re under no obligation to buy.
Will you call me?

The Outdoor Plus builds each unit to order in California. It usually ships in 3–4 weeks, then travels by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery.
Do you deliver to my state?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Should I choose propane or natural gas?
Propane runs from a standard tank and needs no gas line. Natural gas needs a line run by a licensed professional, and then you never refill a tank. Tell us your situation and we’ll recommend the right setup.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. With Affirm you can split your order into 12 monthly payments at 0% interest, and we pay the interest. Subject to eligibility and approval; you see the monthly amount before you commit.
Do you work with contractors and designers?
Yes. Choose “A client project” or “A design specification” in the form and we’ll send spec sheets and quote freight to the job site.
