Is This Right for Your Space?

Four things worth confirming before you order.

Liquid Propane or Natural Gas?

Liquid Propane connects to a standard 20 lb tank — the same cylinder used for most gas grills. The tank isn't included but is available at any hardware store; the regulator and hose are included. LP gives you full flexibility in placement since no permanent line is needed. Natural Gas connects directly to your home's supply — no refills, but it requires a permanent line and a licensed contractor. Not sure which you have? Check your grill: LP uses a portable cylinder, NG connects to a fixed pipe.

What does installation involve?

For LP, connect the included regulator and hose to a 20 lb cylinder and perform a leak test before first use — no professional installation required. For NG, connection must be performed by a licensed contractor and conform to the National Fuel Gas Code (ANSI Z223.1 / NFPA 54). Low Voltage Electronic ignition additionally requires a hardwired 30V DC transformer; Plug & Play needs only a standard 120V outdoor outlet.

Will it fit my patio?

The 48" round profile creates a true focal point while still letting chairs, sofas, and guests gather naturally around the flame. Designed for outdoor use only, on a stable, level, non-combustible surface. Maintain clearance from overhead combustibles like pergolas or patio covers, and keep clear of trees, shrubs, and the ventilation openings near the base.

Why does it ship in 3–4 weeks?

Each Unity is individually built to order in your selected finish, fuel type, and ignition system — not pulled from a warehouse. Because production begins on confirmation, orders cannot be modified once started and all sales are final on made-to-order items. Inspect your freight delivery before signing; report any damage within 24–48 hours.
